Privacy Policy
This policy covers shownetic.com, our marketing website. It describes exactly what we collect here and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you join the early-access list, we store the email address you type in, which form on the page you used, the referring website if your browser sent one, and the date and time you signed up. That's it. We don't ask for your name, and there's nothing else on this site that collects information about you.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. This site sets no cookies at all.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.
- We don't send marketing on behalf of other companies.
Why we collect it
To email you when Shownetic is ready, and occasionally before then if we have genuine news about the launch. Nothing else. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link.
Where it's stored
Email addresses are stored with Supabase, our database provider, on servers in [region — check your Supabase project settings]. The website itself is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Both companies process this data on our behalf and under their own security commitments.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we've launched and you've decided not to become a customer — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email privacy@shownetic.com at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days and we won't ask you why.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll remove the record.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date below. Material changes affecting people already on the list will be sent by email.
